[OpenSpending] The Guardian interactive guide to government spending is out

Hi all,

May be of interest - this is generally pretty popular when the
Guardian run it - it's the overview of the UK spending for 2011-2012:

It includes a nice version of the OpenSpending visualisations where
they've included whether the amount represents an increase or a
decrease on the previous year.
