[OpenSpending] Translations are go

Hi All,

Just a note that the first round of translations of OpenSpending went live
last night. I know many of you were keen to see your translations in
action, so do go have a look!

We are now getting in to a more regular release cycle, so if you notice
anything you would like to change, or any parts that are missing, just
update on transifex and we'll do our best to get them in to the next
release asap.
