[OpenSpending] Removing and renaming dataset visualisations

Hi José Félix,
I'm sorry to say but you are correct: there is no method to do this
quickly. I've filed an issue for that function but if you link me to
the view you want to have deleted I can clear that out individually in
the mean time!
