[OpenSpending] Tracking state property

In Italy there is the CONSOC database, run by the Ministry of Public
Service, that track ownership in companies for all italian public bodies,
and how much nominated managers are payed.
It is released as Open Data
(http://www.perlapa.gov.it/web/guest/od-consocsorry, italian only
link).
