[OpenSpending] The open spending handbook sprint

Hi Lisa,

This is a great initiative.

I am preparing to launch OpenSpending in Morocco with couple of NGOs and
universities; and it would be great to get some tutorial type documentation
(examples, how-tos). This would speed up the adoption of the idea, and the
spread of the  community.
