[OpenSpending] Visualisation of fiscal policy by Landais, Piketty and Saez

Hi Dirk,

Definitely very interesting. Sleek visualisations are one thing, but
often, the simple stuff is quite often the best...

I would be keen to know whether this is open data. I know many people
who have been interested in doing this type of thing for other parts
of the Eurozone!
