[OpenSpending] What happened to the wiki?

Hi James,
Thanks for pointing out that that is missing, I will add it as a clarification.
We're in the process of transferring the content off the wiki onto the
main site, hence why the links have disappeared, but the old wiki
content can be found here, including the parts with the PB notes:
http://oldwiki.openspending.org/Main_Page.
I'll be working on making a participatory budgeting briefing for OS -
so would love your feedback on this. Will circulate a preliminary
draft when I get a chance.
