[OpenSpending] New guest post: Opening up the budget of Israel

Hi all,

Aviv Sharon and Adam Kariv published a blog post today on their work on
spending transparency for Hasadna, The Public Knowledge Workshop in Israel:

It's really promising to see how the people of Hasadna have proved that
generating public interest in budgets can help increase pressure for more
and better data from the government.
