[OpenSpending] Help us map the cities on OpenSpending

Hi all,

At the Open Data Day more cities were added to OpenSpending from Germany
and the US. Just yesterday another city, Ville de Gatineu (Canada) was
added [1]. As many cities are now on OpenSpending, we thought it would be
useful to display the cities on a map somewhere on the site.

We've therefore started collecting cities, which have been added to
OpenSpending in this GoogleDoc:

It would be great if you could help add cities, you know are on
OpenSpending!

We'll make sure to get the new city map up on the site soon.
