[OpenSpending] Open spending calendar - call for your thoughts

Hello and happy new year to you all.

The open spending team is looking to make a calender tool that will allow 
people to keep track of when important open spending data releases are 
coming up and showcase organsiations who use these data sets.

We are looking for your views on this. Would you use such a calendar? If 
so, how would you like it to work?
