[OpenSpending] City Spending Party - 4 days to go!

Hi all

Thanks Anders for information, we are very excited to do this...... we are
waiting for moment.

Last time Friedrich was worked on budget data that you provided link above
.... the Open Nepal Initiative...

we are expecting a support from you guys, cause this is our first
initiation ... i have just pushed data on http://progress.openspending.org/
