[OpenSpending] Help us map the cities on OpenSpending

Hi Martin,

Good point. I've added a link to the GoogleDoc in the "Get involved"
section and added a few other volunteer activities as well to the
page:
http://openspending.org/about/contribute.html

I'd be glad to hear what you all think?
