[OpenSpending] Common Mapping Error

Hi Open Spending Team,

Almost everytime I tried to create a model for my dataset, I get the error :

The dimensions mapping could not be saved as it contains some errors:

   - *mapping:* '%s' must be a compound dimension if it exists.

I am not sure what this message means. I tried with different datasets and
I still have the same issue. Sometimes its works but I have no clue why.

The current dataset I am working with is here
