Hi All,

This is about some interesting new data that could be loaded into
OpenSpending, namely the Big Lottery Grants data recently released by the
Big Lottery Fund.

Thinks you could easily show with a nice OpenSpending treemap or bubbletree
would be:

* Where money goes geographically
* Breakdown by recipient organization
* Breakdown by organization type
