[OpenSpending] openspending Digest, Vol 45, Issue 4

Hi Mark,

Just been having a think about your request. I thought of a couple of
countries where there is data is this sort of form, but none which match
your exact requirements. The one the comes to mind that meets most of your
requirments for me would be Cambodia, which is still quite highly aid
dependent (weird how that is a good thing in this context!) and presumably
has multi donor support.

Link to the Cambodian budget law database 2000 to 2013 is here
http://www.cambodianbudget.org/budget_database.php . Let me know your
thoughts or have any questions about it? I thought of Togo, but there is no
project line, and I believe I have some other examples on file, but they
would not be from 2013.

Hope that helps, if not i'll have another search/think for you.

Richard
