[OpenSpending] Users of public sector accounts

Hi,

I'm not sure if the term "public sector annual reports and accounts"
includes the information that my company uses. We use online accounts of
grants and contracts awarded by federal and provincial governments to
non-profits. If you let me know that uses of these types of information are
part of what you're looking to find out more about I'll respond to the
other questions.
