Hi Tarek,

You can move technical question to openspending-dev if you'd like. We're
also ready to help you out on irc if you want realtime help (but we're
not always available so you might have to wait a bit if we're not
around). We're on #openspending on freenode.

On a side note: We'd love to get some help with the code base if you're
interested -- to fix imperfect things ;)
