[OpenSpending] Mapping Error while Uploading Data to OpenSpending

Thank you.

It worked now after setting the 'to' to be a  "Dimension" rather than an
"Attribute", however I am still struggling with another dataset. I guess, I
have to read OpenSpending's code now to better understand how things work.
