[OpenSpending] Maintenance: February 4, 2013

Dear all (on both mailing lists),

Tomorrow, February 4, we'll start the migration of our database to a
cheaper service provider.

This will affect the service at http://openspending.org/ most notably by
us stopping write access to the database (to ensure everything gets
copied over to the new servers). Hopefully that will be the only problem
with the site you will notice.

We will keep you updated on progress and other problems if they arise.
