[OpenSpending] Stats on rates of company incorporation for multiple jursidctions

Hi Open Spending people,

I'm currently doing some research on how many companies incorporate within
specific jurisdictions per year, plus trying to estimate how much
governments earn from company incorporation fees.

Any useful tips on sources of data, academic papers, previous surveys (am
aware of Open Corporate's *Open Company Data Index*) etc much appreciated.
