[OpenSpending] Procurement app?

Hi,

I have been working on two apps for procurement transparency at the World
Bank:

WBG Finances - http://financesapp.worldbank.org/about
has been around for a while, is developed for iOS and Android
(phone&tablets) and features also procurement data (Tenders, Awarded
Contracts).

World Bank Procurement -
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/world-bank-project-procurement/id911312962?mt=8

is a new product at initial stage, available only for iPad, Android version
should come in 3-6 months. Features powerful contracts analytics.

Code is not open source but I will be happy to share what we learned and I
am open to collaborations too.
