[OpenSpending] Egyptian Budget Visualised

In the past Open Data Day, a friend of mine and I planned to visualise the
Egyptian General Budget, it took us more than expected, but recently we
released it as a Website/App, with visualisations and the ability to
download the data as machine readable CSV files (data is originally
published in PDF files by the government, boo)

The website is called mwazna, which means budget in Arabic, and it has
Arabic and English versions.
