Dear Gilles,
Great to hear you followed the workshop on storify.
As a next step we will be mapping the open spending community and foster
more exchange.
Specifically on participatory budgeting, openbudgets.eu will do an
assessment in the coming two months, leading to the development of a set of
tailored tools for participatory budgeting. Civio (in cc) will be leading
in the openbudgets project on this topic.
Looking forward to your documentary. Keep us updated.
Finally, if you want to get more involved in the open spending development.
Find us on github: https://github.com/openspending
Best wishes,
Anna

Thank you Anna,
I've read the storify
https://storify.com/OpenBudgets/how-might-open-data-contribute-to-democratisation-
and I was wondering what are the next actions. I will publish in january
an interactive documentary with ressources and tools about participatory
budgeting for french-speaking audiences (including experiences from
Tunisia) and I really believe opening only 5% of the capital budget
(which is the new standard in french cities) is not enough at all.
I would love to get involved in open source projects the foundation
could push.
Cheers,
Gilles
