I've read the storify

and I was wondering what are the next actions. I will publish in january
an interactive documentary with ressources and tools about participatory
budgeting for french-speaking audiences (including experiences from
Tunisia) and I really believe opening only 5% of the capital budget
(which is the new standard in french cities) is not enough at all. 

I would love to get involved in open source projects the foundation
could push.
