[OpenSpending] Deadline today for feedback on some components of the DATA Act

Different components have different deadlines as specified at
http://fedspendingtransparency.github.io/dataelements/ and it looks like
today was in fact the deadline for a number of elements relating to unique
identifiers. Other deadlines have already passed and some are coming up. It
looks like there's a lot more feedback on the DUNS issue just from today,
but in general it doesn't seem like there was as much outreach as there
could have been to include all the relevant constituencies - which kind of
defeats the purpose of having an opportunity to provide feedback. I'd say
it's appropriate to make the case for that in the issues and maybe some of
the deadlines will be extended, but in general, I'd just keep providing
feedback while the issues are still open.
