[OpenSpending] We want ALL data on all European Subsidies!

Hi Anna,

I'm a London-based data-driven investigative journalist who is currently
looking into MEps expenses and agricultural subsidies and has looked into
fisheries, asylum, crime, public funds and air pollution and has worked
quite a bit on foreign policies-related reporting. I would love to
contribute for UK and Romania. Let me know how I could be best of help.
