[Os-datawrangling] Multiple entities

Hi all,
We're preparing a CSV to upload non-bid contracts from Portugal. In a
couple of cases, there are multiple recipients / contractors for a
particular contract, without further mention on how the amounts are
distributed.
Has anybody dealt with this situation already?
