Yes. (value is value of being able to perform what is described in the 
use case to users of the service)

IMO even if we want to keep genres (rather than just general tags or 
similar) they are lot less useful than getting the work/artist stuff 
sorted out (hence the values i have currently put in). thus i would 
suggest leaving this for the time being until a later iteration.

This is UseCase34 and in my opinion (as indicated by the value) I think 
this has low important compared to other things. So at present I suggest 
we do **not** support native uploads (this is also likely to be high 
cost since it requires integration with other systems).

Performer/Recording copyright is associated with that recording however 
it is not associated with the 'medium'. i.e. releasing exactly the same 
recording on vinyl and tape does not give you 2 copyrights. My 
understanding was that a performance of a work would get an entry as a 
'work' and then the medium table is just there to reference particularly 
  digital copies (you might have cases where 2 different people have 
ripped the same recording).
