[pdb-discuss] Copyright and licensing of pdw material

I just noticed that there was no COPYING file in the pdw repository so 
I've just added added the standard one used on OKF projects. You can see 
it here:

http://project.knowledgeforge.net/pdw/svn/trunk/COPYING

It provides that:

   1. Copyright is assigned to the Open Knowledge Foundation
   2. All code is licensed under the MIT license
   3. All other material is licensed under  CC-by v2.5

Is this satisfactory? If not what changes do people want?
