[pdb-discuss] Start on musicbrainz interface

I've made a start on a musicbrainz interface:

Next thing I'll do is write a script to go through our composers list 
and see what is already in musicbrainz (can also check birth/death 
dates). Help welcome -- for example we need to work out whether we can 
upload via the web-api (someone might want to join the musicbrainz 
discuss list and ask ...).
