[pd-calculators] New Working Group and mailing list

Hi all,

We are going to merge the Public Domain Calculators and Public Domain
Works mailing lists and set up a new Working Group on the Public
Domain with both projects under its auspices:

All members of the pd-calculators list, will be re-subscribed to the
newly renamed pd-discuss list:

  http://lists.okfn.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pd-discuss
