[pd-discuss] New Working Group and mailing list

Hi all,

We are going to merge the Public Domain Calculators and Public Domain
Works mailing lists and set up a new Working Group on the Public
Domain with both projects under its auspices:

This list has now been renamed 'pd-discuss', and members of the
'pd-calculators' list will be added in the next few days:
