[pd-discuss] PD Working Group

Just to follow on from this - it would also be good to invite other
representatives from EU Communia project:

Partly as the project is finishing this year - and the OKF WG on the
Public Domain might be a good way to keep momentum into the future!
Any suggestions for people we should contact would be most welcome!
