[pd-discuss] Making a short video on "How to openly publish public domain works"

Thanks Daniel! I think as Nina Paley has said she's interested in
producing something, my preference would be to crystallise a core of
messages we want to include with key stakeholders (e.g. in Warsaw in
September), and then go to her with this - and give her a high degree
of autonomy over what the result is.

Does that make sense?
