Just to clarify. Are you sure about 1941? 70 years after death also could
mean 1943 (1943+70=2013)

In my opinion we should stick to 1942. In my opinion using 1941 would lead
to some confusion. Many countries seem to have the 70 years until end of
year rule. Also some other initiatives use or communicated 1942 (eg we,
Gutenberg.de).
