[pd-discuss] PD in Argentina

I like the international approach.

I wonder if there's a need to add a regional (MERCOSUR) perspective. IP
laws and policies are asymmetric, PD too.

Perhaps as a marketing strategy... positioning of the PD topic in the
South (quite ignored).
