[Pdr] Englishness

hey i just saw these emails..

unfortunately i seriously doubt that they will be made available under
a non-commercial license -- just going from my experience in the way
these institutions do things... but you never know!

sam do you think there is anything we might be able to do to try and
make it go a fully open way?
