[Pdr] Bessie Smith is in the Public Domain (I think)

Doesn't look like we'll be able to feature much of this stuff if I
understand Peter's response correctly it's all protected by state law. Does
it make sense to showcase that kind of content on the PDR even if it were
public domain in Europe?
