[Pdr] Bessie Smith is in the Public Domain (I think)

I think that as long as its clearly labelled its fine.

The situation on the PDR at the moment is:
IMAGES & TEXTS: public domain everywhere
FILMS & AUDIO: often partially public domain (e.g. many films are just in
U.S., and some Audio is just in E.U. (and other life+70 zones).

There are always disclaimers warning on the partial ones. I made this
decision a while back about about allowing in these "partial PD" works -
mostly just because without them the FILM & AUDIO sections would be quite
bare. Perhaps part of the future dream is to have all this much better
labelled and organised (part of the new categories thing I was talking
about last week). And i guess the wider dream is for this labelling and
clearness to be on other sites/archives as well!
