[School-of-data] introduction

hi! I'm a web developer and free software advocate. I'm from Uruguay but
live in Portland, OR (USA) and I'm helping the launch of datauy.org. I'm
really excited about working on a school of data and would be really
interesting to have this available for journalists and people in Uruguay :-)
