[School-of-data] introduction

Hey Cedric maybe you'd want to brainstorm some course ideas! P2PU courses
are delivered in a more digestible format - we pick a skill or topic to
learn, break it down into work/project based tasks and call it a
"challenge". Folks who are teaching a comprehensive topic (a whole course)
tend to make many challenges which they link together in a set.

Here's a few examples of P2PU challenges:

   - Singular:
