[School-of-data] Tutorial for publishing data using github

Dear All,

A few days ago I published a tutorial on how to publish data using github.
This tutorial was motivated by many small organizations (municipalities,
small towns) that do not have data portals due lack of resources but still
want to make data avialble.

I wonder if there is interest in an english version of it. You can take a
