[School-of-data] OKCon - Call for Proposals

Just a note that the OKCon call for proposals has been extended to 31st May
- but that's officially the end ;)

**Special shout out**, (not that I'm biased) - there's a great
section: "Evidence and Stories" - which I think would be very relevant to
School of Data'ers - so really keen to see what people propose,
particularly there for how hopen data can be effectively used as evidence!
