Thanks for your question!

Our main motivation for running the fellowship programme is to build local
leaders who can work with local non profit and media organisations in their
language, understanding the challenges they face in that particular
country, and being able to provide timely support.

That being said, we encourage you to apply and to mention in your
application where you would like to work (whether that is the country you
are a citizen of or the country you live in) and what you would like to get
out of the fellowship.
