[TEXTUS] TEXTUS list to be merged with Open Humanities list

Following on from the last email (below), I have now merged the TEXTUS and
humanities mailing lists.

*From now on please use open-humanities at lists.okfn.org for general
discussions relating to TEXTUS. humanities-dev should be used for developer
discussion relating to TEXTUS.*
