[wsfii-discuss] own wiki for wsfii

I was wondering whether people wanted a seperate wiki specifically for 
wsfii (at http://www.okfn.org/wsfii/wiki) or are happy to continue on 
the general okfn wiki where the couple of existing pages are located.

Since we are now moving out of preliminary discussion to active 
organizing it might be worth having a dedicated wiki.
