It has ARM 710 or whatever at 90MHz. Darrel Harmon's Single Board
Computer has ARM 9 at 200MHz *and* has open schematic sources
and boards, plus everything was designed in free software tools.

On the other hand SBC doesn't have display, case and keyboard but
I guess that' easy to add on.
