Yes, indirectly! I suspect you met Karlis Kalnins and associates and
their Mobile Cartographic Command Centre. He met Chris Holmes of
geoserver when i did, at a Locative Media Workshop at the ORA Emerging
Tech conference in 2004. There is a "peoples' spatial data
infrastructure" common thread, open standards and free software for
data exchange and discovery, for which all of us feel the need.

This sounds extremely interesting. It could be ideal for the DemoFest
sessions which are happening each late afternoon/evening of the main

might be interested in socialising your work at, if you wanted to come
to WSFII a few days earlier and participate in the Prep Week:
