Sounds great, probably need to do a little calculation on nmubers of people coming, numbers of meals etc. etc. to get M1 (I think that's the narrowest currency volume)...also maybe worth keeping a register of commercial participants and journal of suggestions etc. I'll try and help writing up if necessary..sorry, this probably expresses my love of stepwise  refinement..
 
Info sheet and 'contract' for the commercial actors?

Hi Greenman,

I'm organising the wsfii-2006 organisers track during the workshop
week before wsfii (26th - 30th) and wondered if we would be able to
use the local currency during the week as well as at the weekend?

I could use it to pay my participants for their meals during the week
and they could redeem at the participating cafes in the area. This
would save me having to deal with either people's receipts or a pile
of petty cash and it might help add a bit of liquidity to the currency
and give it a trial run in the workshop week?

What do you think?
