[wsfii-discuss] overregistration

We have to remember that there is no way to "unregister" on the website.
I know that Sebastian isn't coming, and I can see from the list tat
there are a number of duplicates, yet these people cannot remove their
names from the list. So perhaps there is no need to worry?
